About Vitamin E Nicotinate
Vitamin E Nicotinate can relax peripheral blood vessels, increase blood flow, reduce capillary permeability, and inhibit the synthesis of cholesterol. Large doses can lower serum cholesterol and diacylglycerol concentrations. 50% to 80% Vitamin E Nicotinate is absorbed in the intestines. Absorption requires the presence of bile salts and dietary fat, as well as normal pancreatic function. It binds to 13-lipoproteins in the blood and is stored in whole body tissues, especially in adipose tissue. The storage capacity is available for 4 years. After metabolism in the liver, excretion is done through the bile and kidney. Niacin is absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract. In the therapeutic amount of niacin, only a small amount of the original form and metabolites are excreted from the urine. When the dosage exceeds the need, most of it is excreted through the kidney.
