About Tretinoin
Tretinoin is an intermediate product of vitamin A metabolism in the body, which mainly affects the growth of bone and promotes the metabolism of epithelial cell proliferation, differentiation, and keratolysis. For the treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia, acne vulgaris, psoriasis, ichthyosis, lichen planus, pityriasis pilaris, keratosis pilaris, squamous cell carcinoma and melanoma.
Tretinoin can be used as an adjuvant treatment for acne vulgaris, keratosis pilaris, psoriasis, ichthyosis, flat warts, pityriasis pilaris and other diseases.
Tretinoin has the functions of anti-keratosis, promoting normal differentiation of epidermal cells, affecting melanin production, alleviating skin pigmentation (it can be used to treat chloasma), inhibiting skin aging, and inhibiting the secretion of human sebaceous glands.
