About Ospemifene
Ospemifene is a tissue-selective estrogen agonist/antagonist. Its biological behavior is mediated by binding to the estrogen receptor. It is suitable for the treatment of moderate to severe dyspareunia, vulvar and vaginal atrophy caused by menopause.
Opemifene binds to the estrogen receptor and has a tissue-selective effect, which leads to the estrogen pathway (stimulation) and the block (antagonism) of the estrogen pathway in certain tissues.
