About Medium-chain Triglyceride(MCT)
MCT is a type of saturated fat composed of fatty acids containing 6-10 carbons. It is extracted from coconut oil or palm oil and a mixture of saturated triglycerides, the main ones being C8H16O2 and C10H20O2.MCT is used for people with fat malabsorption.
