Polypeptide Powder are α-amino acids that linked together by peptide bonds and are intermediate products of proteolysis. Compounds formed by the dehydration and condensation of two amino acid molecules are called dipeptides, and similarly there are tripeptides, tetrapeptides, pentapeptides, and so on. Usually a compound formed by the dehydration and condensation of 10 to 100 amino acids is called polypeptide.
